“I have six controls this season, I entered the pavilion and it turns out that I have another one today,” he wrote on social networks.
The Memphis prodigy is one of the best players so far this season. He is averaging 27.5 points, 5.7 rebounds and 7.9 assists and in recent times his name has started to sound for the MVP race.
The point guard is a highlight machine and thanks to his privileged physique he has produced some of the best dunks of the season.

It is not the first time that Morant has talked about the controls to which he is subjected, which are supposedly random. In November, when he recovered much earlier than expected from a sprained left ankle, he joked: “I’m a cyborg. I don’t think I’m human. I have to do some lab tests or something to see what’s really behind it. The league is doing the same thing. I have a drug test right after this.”

Another who has spoken out is Donovan Mitchell, who scored 71 points in a game in early January. “Andddd just like that we are drug tested this morning,” he posted on social media the morning after his heroics.
The collective bargaining agreement between the league and the players’ union (NBPA) stipulates that four random tests can be given to each player during the season and two more when there is no competition. It looks like one star is going to exceed that number by far.
