ron James took to social media to blast Jalen Hurts’ critics after the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback’s solid display in his team’s 38-7 victory over the New York Giants on Saturday.
Hurts scored two touchdowns for the Eagles in the first half of their divisional round duel against the Giants to inspire his team to a 28-0 lead before the break.

Fed up with those who have claimed that Hurts has managed to stand out due to his teammate’s extraordinary performances and not because of his individual displays, James lashed out at haters on Twitter.
“Yeah like they were saying,” LeBron James wrote in a post where he included a clown emoji.
“Anybody would look great at QB for the Eagles.. yeah ooook. HATERS MAN!! Jalen Hurts is SPECIAL.”
One of those who downplayed Hurts’ performances in the past was Dallas Cowboys defensive star Micah Parsons.

“I think it’s a little bit of both because they’ve got a great D, great offensive line, which helps Hurts,” Parsons said in December.
Hurts has AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith. They’ve got a good running game, the scheme that they have.
“I’m not trying to make no enemies, I’m not. I just love the game so much and I understand it so much, that like when things are off, I just can’t hold it in. I’ve almost got to say something. But everyone has their own opinions.
