As per TMZ reported, the Patriots legend, who is a three-time Super Bowl winner, was hit with one count of assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of assault by means of force with the intention of causing serious bodily injury. Each charge carries up to four years in prison. The complaint was lodged in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office this week. The arraignment is scheduled for April.
