The wonderkid can count the 22-time Grand Slam champion as one of those followers, and he received a promise from Djokovic after swapping football for tennis. “When somebody has a friend like Djokovic he needs to learn tennis,” the nine-year-old says in a video before rallying on a court.

The video sparked the attention of the Serb, who reposted it to his story and wrote: “I love it Arat! Hope to play with you soon,” adding a muscle emoji and smiley face. And Arat was quick to repost Djokovic’s message with a response of his own.
“It is an honour for me to be able to stand on the tennis court next to you,” the viral child star replied. It’s not the first time Djokovic has shared his admiration for Arat, giving him a shoutout three years ago as he revealed his own son Stefan enjoyed his videos.
